THE BANKING DEBTS, THEIR EFFECT IN OUR HEALTH & RECOMMENDED WAYS OF TREATMENT

29 Mar 2019 -- Posted by : admin

Undoubtedly, we are going through difficult times at a personal, social, and economic level. We are all “children of the crisis”, some of us due to wrong choices while others due to conditions of necessary survival. For our loans, we are often obliged to pay dearly, even with the loss of our real estate and movable property. The consequences, however, can be not only financial but also very serious in our health that can even cause especially serious diseases.

Over-indebted people often downgrade their financial difficulties and decide to seek professional help when their situation is almost deadlocked. The longer people live in an over-indebted reality, the stronger it negatively affects their health. Stress, anxiety, anxiety attacks, sleep disorders, mood swings, fears, headaches and depression are often the consequences..

Debts and addiction are enhanced by their interaction. On the one hand, people with various addictions are particularly vulnerable to over-indebtedness. On the other hand, due to the debt problem, it is possible to develop further problems of alcohol, gambling, medicines or even drug addictions.

In addition, debts can put marriage and the family to the test. Men accuse their wives of excessive consumerism while women accuse their husbands for mismanagement. The constant effort against debt has set aside more important aspects in the lives of modern couples, such as their emotional, psychological, and sexual association. Thus, during the last six years of the crisis, we have seen a special increase in divorces in our country.

According to our financial advisor, Ms. Spathi, the right solution can be identified, first of all, by creating a budget. Then, he has to look for additional sources of income, as well as, of course, reduce his expenses.

In addition to the above necessary steps that one must take, there are other legal and financial tools to use. Indicatively, such tools are the Law 3869/2010 on over-indebted individuals, the Code of Ethics of the Banks on Red Loans, the Commercial Bankruptcy Code, and the judicial defense (filing injunctions, objections, etc.) against the compulsory seizure procedure (seizures, auctions, etc.) carried out by the State and the Banks. It is normal for an individual to feel powerless in the face of adversity. For this reason, the contribution of a specialist in these cases is of valuable help.

According to Ms. Spathi, in the law firm that works “in addition to the above legal tools, which we apply, we also propose financial solutions, which derive from our above-described philosophy. Together, we analyse the debts and take the necessary measures to deal with your financial problems”.

As it can be seen from the above, there are solutions to these problems but without professional help it is extremely doubtful that someone will be able to deal with these critical issues. Therefore, it is advisable to consult with a specialist before the situation becomes irreversible, both for financial and health reasons.

We warmly thank Ms. Aikaterini Spathi for her valuable help.
