THEODOROS I. KYRIAKOPOULOS-KOLLIAS
ATTORNEY AT LAW OF THE SUPREME COURT LEVEL
Attorney at Law of the Supreme Court
level, member of the Athens Bar Association, member of the Association of the
Greek Public Law Jurists, member of the Greek-German Chamber, and holder of two
Master degrees specialised at the Law School of the Ludwig Maximilian
University of Munich.
Mr Theodoros Kyriakopoulos-Kollias
was born in 1980 and grew up in Thessaloniki. He graduated from the 5th
High School of Thessaloniki and was admitted at the Law School of the Aristotle
University in 1998. In 2002, he graduated from the Law School with the mark of
“Very Good” and worked as a trainee lawyer for a year.
From 2003 to 2005, he completed his
first Master degree at the Law School of Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich
with specialisation in Financial Criminal Law.
Afterwards, from 2005 to 2007 he
completed his second Master degree at the same department with specialisation
in Public International Law. During these studies, he worked as jurist at the
international law firm “Micheli and co” that specialises in European Tax Law.
This firm has a branch in Munich while its headquarters are located in Milan.
In 2007, he returned in Greece and
served for his military duty as a reservist in the Greek Force of Cyprus.
Moreover, he became the first tour guide of the newly-established Greek
Military Museum in Nicosia.
Since 2008 he has worked as an
attorney in Athens while from 2014 he has been one of the partners of the Law
Firm “Kyriakopoulos, Regkoutas & Simou”, supported by remarkable associates
from all the areas of Justice in Greece.
He is the first Attorney that
achieved, through a judicial decision for the over-indebted households’
procedures in Sparta, to completely delete the debts of an insured towards
the United Social Security Body. Generally, his presence in the Greek Courts is
noteworthy in cases of Commercial-Insolvency Law and Administrative-Tax Law.
Last, Mr Theodoros
Kyriakopoulos-Kollias speaks fluently English, German, and French. Moreover, he
is an Attorney of international presence that has in his primary care not only
the representation of his clients in the Administrative and Judicial Authorities,
but also the formation of their orientation and the drawing of their path in an
especially competitive and demanding environment, as it is adjusted by a
complicated legal framework.
